I can’t say enough about how helpful this was to me. Learning what type of personality I am and how I am recharged helped me to see that food can’t fill up my mental energy bank.  It’s people and relationships that do it for me! That’s what keeps me feeling like me. I have a healthier relationship with food now. Some days it’s a real struggle but I now treat myself occasionally instead of binging for days.
And the recipes and food are awesome too.
