Full disclosure: Okay, let's be real: I love the stuff I share, and sometimes I get a little kickback if you buy it. But don't worry, it won't cost you extra and it helps fund my coloring obsession! Win-win!

I made some mistakes...
You will see where I got a little sloppy around the hair, and some obvious lines, especially on the shirt.
I’m still learning how to use markers, and this page reflects that process. You may notice some areas—especially around the hair—where I rushed a bit and could have been more intentional. That’s a reminder for me to slow down and be present with the process.
You’ll also see visible marker lines. Markers, like colored pencils, are meant to be layered, and that’s a technique I’m continuing to practice. With layering, those lines soften and blend more naturally. Learning this takes time, and that’s part of the journey.
Sarah Renae Clark has hundreds of color palettes!
These help your images have a more cohesive look. For this image I used palette #375 from Color Cube 2. Find out more here.
